The theme this year is “Keep Calm and Lion On.” Why this theme? The Brits used this theme during WW11 to display an attitude of defiance in all the challenges they faced in a very troubled time. With all we as Lions have endured over the last couple years, I though it a good theme for District 29L. As we continue to rebuild our Clubs, Zones, and District, please keep in mind that you know what to do even when circumstances are not what we want them to be. I love a challenge and you will find me calmly engaged in Lionism and doing my part in making my Club, Zone, and District better. I also love the fun side of this theme! Please make your Club a fun place to be. So, remember do what you know to do and have some fun while doing it! Thanks, Jay DG 29L
